Are BottleBuddies water bottles?
No. BottleBuddies are not water bottles. They are character companions that attach to the bottles kids already use.
Which characters are in Series 1?
Series 1 introduces Dax the Brave Dino, Cappy the Calm Capybara, and Ziggy the Curious Monkey.

Each Buddy comes from Haven Forest, a character world where every Buddy represents one emotional superpower.
What age are BottleBuddies designed for?
BottleBuddies are designed for kids ages 3 and up. They are purchased by parents, grandparents, family members, and gift-givers who want something fun, meaningful, unique, and collectible for kids.
How do BottleBuddies attach?
Each Buddy wraps around a water bottle using an adjustable strap. Place the Buddy where it sits comfortably on the bottle, secure the strap, and your child’s Buddy is ready to come along.
Will BottleBuddies fit my child’s water bottle?
BottleBuddies are designed to fit many common kids’ water bottles, tumblers, and school bottles. Fit may vary depending on the bottle’s size, shape, handle placement, and surface texture. Please check each product page for photos and fit details before ordering.
Can BottleBuddies help with bottle mix-ups?
aYes. BottleBuddies help make a child’s bottle feel more personal and easier to recognize. They add a character, color, and identity to bottles that might otherwise look the same at school, camp, sports, or daycare.
Can kids bring BottleBuddies to school, camp, sports, or travel?
Yes. BottleBuddies are designed for everyday routines like school, camp, sports practice, car rides, road trips, and family adventures. Please follow any rules from your child’s school, daycare, or activity program.

What are BottleBuddies made from?
BottleBuddies are made from soft, premium PVC and 100% food-grade silicone. We selected these materials because they create a Buddy that feels durable, flexible, and comfortable to handle while holding up to the everyday adventures kids bring them on
How do I clean a BottleBuddy?
Remove the Buddy from the bottle and gently hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Rinse well and allow it to air dry fully before reattaching.
Are BottleBuddies dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing only. Dishwashers, high heat, harsh cleaners, and rough scrubbing may affect the character’s color, finish, or overall look.
What should I avoid when cleaning?
Avoid bleach, boiling water, microwaves, harsh chemicals, and abrasive scrubbers. Gentle hand washing is best.
What should I do if my BottleBuddy becomes damaged?
If a BottleBuddy becomes damaged, stop using it and contact us. Please include your order number and a photo so we can help.

Are BottleBuddies good gifts?
Yes. In fact, one of the reasons BottleBuddies was created is because we were always searching for unique gifts for our own kids, their friends, and birthday parties—and it often felt like everything was either another toy, another screen, or something that would be forgotten a week later.
We wanted to create something different: a gift that felt personal, meaningful, and fun. A character kids could connect with, collect, and bring along on everyday adventures.

Not yet—but BottleBuddies is designed to be a growing collectible world.
Rather than creating custom Buddies, we're focused on introducing new characters, special editions, surprise reveals, and future Haven Forest adventures for collectors to discover.
Some families choose a Buddy based on the superpower their child connects with most. Others enjoy collecting different Buddies for different moments and adventures.
Keep an eye on Haven Forest. You never know when a new Buddy, limited drop, Golden Ticket surprise, or secret character might appear.

How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose your Buddy, add it to your cart, and check out securely.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after shipment. Shipping options and estimated timing are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are planned for the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also be able to track your order through the Shop app.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
